A Retreat for Womxn in Leadership

Are you ready to inspire your thinking, get creative, and uplift your life and work? Join us at Westerbeke Ranch on May 5 to be part of a community and experience that will allow us to collectively breathe out and power up.

Over the course of our time together, we will explore leadership topics specific to womxn leaders through meaningful activities and conversations that encourage collective care and re-visioning.

By the end of this retreat, we will:

• Build a community of passionate leaders who are excited to uplift and support each other
• Come away with renewed energy and commitment to living fully into our leadership capacity
• Learn and share on topics specific to womxn in leadership, (e.g. power dynamics, imposter myths, $$$$, social roles, etc.)

Details:

The retreat will take place at the gorgeous Westerbeke Ranch in Sonoma, CA. Shared rides can be arranged from San Francisco, the East Bay, and surrounding areas.

The retreat will run from 10am - 7:30pm on Thursday, May 5, 2022

Registration includes lunch and dinner at the ranch's incredible farm-to-table kitchen. All dietary restrictions can be honored!

Early bird registration for the retreat is $349 until March 31. Regular registration is $428 and is open until April 22. Scholarships are available! Please email evajomeyers@gmail.com for details.

Please note that Westerbeke Ranch requires all attendees to be up-to-date on their Covid vaccinations. A proof-of-vaccination form will sent out to you once you register and is required in order to complete your registration.

This retreat is open to anyone who self-identifies along the spectrum of womxn. We welcome and encourage gender-fluid, trans, and non-binary leaders to join us.

Our space will be held by a racially and experientially diverse group of womxn. Come be part of our co-created community, whether you are new to your position, or have been leading for a long, long time; we believe we all have something to learn from each other.
